Objective

The participant should know the principles of risk, cause and consequence of accidents involving dangerous goods. Furthermore, the student will be able to account for the limitations, requirements, classification, identification, packaging, labeling, documentation and handling of dangerous goods by sea.

Target group

This is a course for shippers, material men and other personnel involved in the transport of dangerous goods by supply vessels to / from / between installations on the Norwegian continental shelf, who have previously had a IMDG basic course or equivalent within the last two years.
